We brought a On The Move, Vortex Black Edition Family 18″6 caravan and collected it just before Christmas. Today 5th May and after a few thousand kms of travel, it went in for the first service and a couple of very minor warranty items.
The service from the team at the Yatala service department was exceptional, they went above and beyond to assist me with everything. I received a fully comprehensive breakdown of what was done and why, plus the two workshop guys were seriously impressive in their knowledge and freely shared it.
This is my 3rd caravan and by far the most expensive but my first from Caravan HQ. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Caravan HQ and particularly the service team. Today was a delight to be part of and I drove away even more in love with my new van than ever before. All I can say is thank you.
