At Caravan HQ we are a proudly owned family business located in Yatala, Gold Coast. We are the one stop shop for everyone’s caravan needs from accessories, repair and service. Our dealership partners with Australia’s largest names in the caravan industry, Royal Flair, Van Cruiser, Network RV, On The Move and Highline Caravans.
We are expanding rapidly and now have opened a new facility dedicated to caravan repair and service. We are currently looking for an Administration Assistant to join our Caravan HQ family, who shares our values and passion for the outdoor lifestyle.
Your main responsibilities will be to provide support to our admin and design team. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- High volume of Data Entry
- Answer phone
This role requires the ideal candidate to possess the following:
- Experience would be an advantage but not essential
- Sound understanding of office procedures
- MS proficient
- Strong computer literacy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Interpersonal skills – confidence, professionalism, integrity and strong sense of accountability
- Ability to perform steadily and maintain work load during peak times for reasonable periods of time
- Time, task and priority management
- Customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work Saturdays (on rotating roster)
